Baking 101 will allow students to understand the fundamental mixing techniques in baking while making scrumptious treats. Participants will explore three essential mixing methods: creaming, blending and biscuit making. Students will learn how to make delicious cookies, muffins, biscuits and cakes. This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in baking; both young and young at heart.
